Welcome to the US 301 Waldorf Area Transportation Improvements Project website. The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA), in cooperation with local, state and Federal agencies is looking at a range of transportation solutions for improving traffic flow in and around the US 301 corridor. Eventually, after much analysis and input from all stakeholders - residents, commuters, businesses, elected officials, emergency services and government entities - a recommended alternative will be selected.
